Kamloops Residential School

The former Kamloops Indian Residential School is seen in Kamloops, B.C., on Friday, June 4, 2021. The remains of 215 children were discovered buried near the former school earlier this month. Now the Lower Kootenay Band in British Columbia has confirmed that a search using ground-penetrating radar found 182 human remains in unmarked graves at a site close to another former residential school.
